How do I track my order?


Once you place an order and that order is processed and shipped you will be emailed the tracking details through our confirmation link where you will be able to monitor the shipment's progress. You may also log into your account to see the tracking details as well.


Can I cancel an order once it's been placed?

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible as we understand how important it is to you. You may cancel within 2 hours of placing the order. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped, but you are welcome to return items using the return policy option once it has been delivered.

How do I return an item?


We offer returns on specific requirements. Kindly refer to the Return/Exchange policy section.


Do you provide International delivery?

We currently ship to the US, Canada and, a few selected international countries. 

Upon check out, kindly add your zip code or country to see if your country is listed. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, the continent of Africa, or Trinidad & Tobago at this moment.


What are your shipping times?


Most shipping time will be around 2-6 days. International shipping

may be around 14-20 days. Some orders may arrive sooner or later depending on shipping delays. 

What is your processing time?

Once an order is placed, it will be processed between 1-3 business days. Some orders not in our store directly may take 2-5 days if they are shipped from our warehouse directly.
